Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SentrAI. By signing in or connecting a GitHub organization, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.

The service

SentrAI is a policy enforcement and audit layer for AI-assisted code. The product is currently in pilot: features, policies, and uptime targets are evolving and are not covered by a production SLA unless a separate written agreement is in place.

Acceptable use

• You will only connect GitHub organizations you are authorized to administer.
• You will not attempt to bypass tenant isolation or access other customers' data.
• You will not use SentrAI to attack, scan, or exfiltrate data from systems you do not own.

Your data

You retain all rights to your code and to the audit data generated for your tenant. We act as a processor and handle your data under our Privacy Policy and any signed DPA.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and at minimum reasonable care.

Warranties & liability

During pilot, SentrAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentrAI's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, or USD 100 if no fees have been paid.

Termination

Either party may terminate the pilot at any time on written notice. On termination we delete your tenant data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
